Return and Refund Policy – ​​Lily Charme

We want you to love your Lily Charme products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day return policy, for a worry-free experience.

CAREFUL: Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Not have been worn or used

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns of the following products:

  • Underwear (briefs, bodysuits, items worn directly on the skin)

  • Swimsuits that show signs of use

  • Discounted items

  • Gift cards


2. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of order.

  • For orders delivered to the European Union, the legal right of withdrawal also applies. 14 days, according to EU legislation.


3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where:

  • the product is defective

  • the product is damaged upon delivery

  • the wrong product was delivered

No restoration fees apply.


4. The Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Complete the Return Form available on the website.

  2. After approval, you will receive detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Send the product to the address communicated by our support team.

⚠ Products sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Please package the product appropriately to avoid damage during transport.

5. Damaged Products or Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible to remedy the situation.


6. Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.


7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

It may take an additional few days for your bank or payment processor to complete the transaction.
