Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must not be worn or used.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on directly on the skin or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

Simple Returns Process

Returning your Lily Charme items is a simple process:

  • Complete the Return Form at the bottom of the page.
  • Send your return to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be sure to carefully pack your return in a corrugated box or padded envelope to keep your items secure during transit

Damages and Problems

Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and remedy the situation

Discounted Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original purchase and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day withdrawal period

However, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
